Note: All fees or service charges will be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to any performance of service or procurement of materials. Additionally, a signed contract is required for all custom formulation work. Please note that all custom formulations will be the property of Blue Tide Designs LLC, however custom formulations will be available for purchase at a cost range from $750.00 – $1,500.00 depending on the type and complexity of the formulation.

100 piece minimums apply to stock BTD formulations such as Creams, Shampoos, Conditioners and Massage oils. *
A first article sample order is required for customized formulations. Evaluation and written acceptance by the client will be required prior to production. Minimum production quantities on customized formulations are generally 200 units or 10 gallons. Call for details.**
These services are dependent on the complexity of the formulation and packaging being requested. There may also be FDA compliance requirements which would require additional fees. ***
